Typical Subway everything delicious, staff friendly. One star deduction because sometimes the tables and the floor are not clean. It seems to me that too few staff are deployed here.

Waiting time 12 minutes, zero attention to mask, the staff is totally overwhelmed. That was the last time in Hechingen, but otherwise think Subway is good.

I can't say anything about the branch (cleanliness, etc.), but about the delivery service. This is an absolute disaster! The delivery time was almost two hours last time. Then we also received the wrong order. Had to call and then wait half an hour for the wrong delivery to be picked up and ours delivered. When unpacking, we noticed that the paid extras were not included, other breads, and paid cookies were missing. You have to provide a phone number when ordering. Why it is then not called that certain types of bread are no longer available and simply exchanged for white bread is completely incomprehensible! We had to dispose of a sub completely because it consisted of pure wheat and could not be consumed due to allergy. Due to the long waiting time everything was cold and didn't look very appealing anymore. But what annoys us most is that we paid for extra ingredients and 2x3 cookies, but did not receive them! When I called again, the call was simply hung up. This is not what customer service looks like, nor do we support such practices. So never Subway again!

Eat good. Ambience also good. The only negative was the employee with a septum (this bull ring between her nose) was extremely unfriendly, irritated. If you can't work with people please look for another job.

The branch is fine. Everything looks clean and tidy, rarely crowds and the seating is comfortable and enough available. You can also sit outside. There is enough parking space right in front of it. Friendly staff.

I can't rate Subway on site, but the delivery service is really great! With a free cookie and a little thanks, that was the icing on the cake! Unfortunately, nice gestures are rare these days. The specified time was 38 minutes, and after 20 minutes the extremely nice employee was at my front door. The sandwiches were delicious, but you can't expect them to stay hot with the cold sauces and vegetables on delivery. Sandwiches always taste good, whether cold or warm. A big compliment from me, will order more often.

So far we have always been very satisfied with the Subway and have now tested the delivery service. The specified delivery time of 1.5 hours could not be met, only two of the six subs were correct. Once the wrong bread was used and three times the ingredients were put together spontaneously rather than read from the order. Often something was missing or it just had jalapenos on it, we looked closely at all subs. Feta was ordered (and paid for) on a sub, but this was missing. Labeling to separate the subs would also make sense. It always only said BMT, more information would have been great. We will no longer take the delivery service and next time we would rather order the pizza. In the restaurant, however, the subs were always very tasty.

Always fairly satisfied in the branch (therefore two stars) Result of the currently offered delivery service an absolute disaster. Specified delivery time 1.5 hours and then arrived late. Of the six sandwiches, four were completely wrongly put together / thrown together (wrong bot, wrong topping). (May 21, 2020)

I've been to the subway in Hechingen a few times .. so a clean and nice restaurant is not in the whole area. The staff is very nice and always has a smile and goes to my wishes - really great! The vegetables are very fresh and tasty suuuuuper delicious! I always like to come in Subway Hechingen :)

Sendwissat variety of bread outstanding global brand Amrakh but workers need to train more on the treatment and respect for customers

Isnt this supposed to be "fast food"? I wouldnt recommend Subway hechingen when you are actually in a hurry.
